My path to becoming a teacher is greatly influenced by educational factors. Positive experiences like motivating teachers, such as my preschool and grade 2/3 teacher, sparked my love for teaching and showed me the influence a dedicated teacher can have on students. On the other hand, difficulties in the educational system pointed out areas that require improvement, highlighting the value of flexibility and fortitude, which is another reason I wanted to become a teacher. I can better develop my pedagogical techniques through my exposure to a variety of extracurricular activities and being in a classroom setting. By acknowledging my experiences, I want to improve methods and make a significant impact on the lives of my students.
